These Terms of Service govern your use of the Alhamliya Perfumes and Bukhoors online store and your purchase of products from us. By visiting the store, placing an order, or using its services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE consumer law.

1. Store operator and contact

Alhamliya Perfumes and Bukhoors operates this store from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions about these Terms or an order may be sent to info@alhamliya.com, through our contact form, or through the WhatsApp contact shown on the store.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use this store only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy store content unlawfully, or use the store in a way that violates another person's rights.

3. Product information

We aim to describe and display our perfumes, bukhoors, gift sets, prices, and availability accurately. Colors, packaging, and presentation can appear differently on screens, and manufacturers may update packaging without changing the product. Fragrance preference is personal and is not, by itself, a product defect. If a product is materially different from its description, our Refund Policy applies.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store or checkout. Applicable delivery charges, taxes, and other charges are shown before you submit an order where required. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. You confirm that the payment and order information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorized, fraud or misuse is suspected, or the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method.

6. Delivery

Delivery destinations, available methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout where applicable. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, incorrect address information, or events outside our reasonable control. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

7. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Returns, replacements, damaged or incorrect items, cancellations, inspection, and refund timing are governed by our Refund Policy. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

8. Accounts and communications

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping its credentials secure and for activity under it. You must notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization. Transactional messages about orders, delivery, security, or service are not marketing messages. Marketing communications can be unsubscribed from using the method provided in the message.

9. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, storage, and international transfer of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information as described in that policy.

10. Intellectual property

The store's branding, photographs, graphics, text, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Alhamliya Perfumes and Bukhoors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping and may not reproduce, republish, sell, or exploit its content without written permission, except where the law permits.

11. Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers, social networks, or other third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for a third-party service that we do not control, but this does not remove responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Service availability and liability

We may maintain, update, suspend, or change the store when reasonably necessary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the store or events outside our reasonable control. We remain responsible for obligations and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory UAE consumer rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, our practices, or applicable requirements. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Changes do not reduce rights that already apply to an accepted order unless the law permits.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or right that applies, disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
